port of a netrek client to the Microsoft Windows environment.

BRM/Win32 is a "real" client in that the full client code runs on the
Windows machine, rather than a just using the PC as a remote display.  It
is a full 32-bit binary but will (should) also run on Windows 3.1 with Win32s
installed.
