Subject: RES-RSA 2.9 for Netrek clients and servers, U.S. version

RES-RSA 2.9 has been released.  This version contains:
 
 * Updated Vanilla server support
 * Updated client mkkey program
 * Optional support for GNU MP 2.0.2
 * ANSI compliant C

The older RES-RSA 2.7 package is still compatible with both servers and
clients, so there is no need to upgrade unless the new features are desired.

Compiling RES-RSA 2.9 with the Vanilla server 2.9pl2 or earlier may require
some manual tweaking with the system.mk and Makefiles.
